Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@coffeebooks.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
